**Banking Data Management Analyst**
Cuernavaca, Morelos (Hybrid)
**Position Summary**
Thales is looking for a **Banking Data Management Analyst **who is primarily responsible ou will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, security, and compliance of our As Finance Shared Service Center, as well as driving the development, implementation and promotion of data governance and quality frameworks and strategies.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Check that all suppliers have an accuracy bank data in the tools and system.
- Reduce the time to get Corporate approvals.
- Tracking and solve any issue in the process to add supplier data banking.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance roles and responsibilities and promote a culture of data stewardship and accountability.
- Conduct data governance assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks related to data management.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business, Engineering, Sciences, IT, Computer Sciences or Statistics.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, methodologies, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, such as data cataloguing tools, data quality tools, and data governance platforms.
- Strong affinity with, and interest in new trends in AI & Data (including Data Governance and quality, robotics, and automations)
- Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
- Hands-on experience with any of the following, Data Governance tools and RPA is a strong asset.
