**The Role**
We are looking for a **Banking Strategy Specialist (Account Services)** to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip He/She will lead the development and execution of our strategy for new banking account services.
Your role will also be responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities to increase cross selling financial services
products
**What will I be doing?**
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and customer preferences through ongoing
market research and competitive analysis driving innovation and differentiation in financial products
services
- Define, prioritize, build and deploy new products and features for to impact that directly our ability to
serve our newset and fastest growing product lines
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across our banking product portfolio,
Identify opportunities to maximize interest income, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Establish process to focus on understanding and meeting customer needs trough product usage metrics,
customer feedback and insights from the support teams
- Feature prioritization based on business impact, market demand, and technical feasibility, while
maintaining a strategic product roadmap that addresses short-term priorities and long-term objectives
**Technical**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and adress complex challenges related to product
development, market dynamics and business strategy in the financial services industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex
information and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, build
consensus, and foster collaboration across diverse teams and department
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity while maintaining a focus on
outcomes and execution.
- English and (Portugues its a must)
- Bachelor degree in business, finance, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or strategic planning within the banking
or financial services industry or financial services consultant
- Ability to work collaboratively but also autonomously when needed
- Knowledge of agile product development methodologies
- Live in Mexico City, México (Hybrid Work - 3 days in the office)
