Position: Bankruptcy Paralegal
Location: Zapopan, Jalisco, México, **_100% on site_**
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft, process, and file bankruptcy-related documents accurately and on time.
- Review and analyze bankruptcy claims and track case progress.
- Conduct interviews with clients and provide consistent updates on their cases.
- Perform legal research and file documents through electronic platforms like PACER.
- Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders to resolve legal issues.
- Maintain organized records of both hard copy and electronic case files.
- Monitor deadlines to ensure compliance with bankruptcy court requirements.
- Assist in preparing materials for court hearings, client meetings, and consultations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of bankruptcy laws and procedures.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to client advocacy and delivering high-quality service.
