The CPC Relationship Banker advises clients on investments, forecasts and credit in locations where a physical banker is not available. Additionally, the CPC Relationship Banker supports the branch managers and provides guidance around products and processes.
Responsibilities: Present the differentiated offer in banking products to segment customers and link them according to their needs.Support the branch managers in customer service of the segment, as well as support the Manager in the queries he has regarding the Priority model (products, processes, etc.).Act as a central support area to advise the Banker in the use of the Bank's tools.Occasionally operate the investment contracts of the segment, especially in cases where the Banker responsible for the client cannot carry out his instructions for being absent from the branch due to vacations, incapacities or business appointments.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications: 0-2 years of relevant experience.General knowledge in operational processes, control and service in branch.Customer service experience preferred.Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.Se requiere Certificación AFI.
