Bar Utility

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Utilities at our vibrant and trendy bar/club. As a Bar Utility, you will play an essential role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the bar area. Proficiency in English is required, and additional language either Greek or Spanish is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning and Sanitization**:

- Ensure cleanliness of bar surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize glassware, dishes, and bar tools.
- Empty trash bins regularly and maintain a tidy bar environment.
- **Stocking and Organization**:

- Assist in restocking bar supplies, such as napkins, straws, and condiments.
- Organize and arrange inventory to facilitate smooth bar operations.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the bar management.
- **Assistance to Bartenders**:

- Assist bartenders in preparing garnishes and setting up the bar for service.
- Retrieve and refill ice bins as needed.
- Collaborate with the bar team to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- **Support during Busy Periods**:

- Provide additional support during peak hours or special events.
- Assist with crowd control and ensure a well-organized bar area.
- Collaborate with bartenders and bar waitstaff to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards.

**Salary**: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
