Barista
A Barista engages our guests during their visit, takes/serves orders and ensures brand service standards are met with the highest quality.
**What will I be doing?**
A Barista will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner
- Deliver the drinks menu to customers and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
- Take orders paying attention to details (e.g. coffee blend preferences, amount of milk and sugar)
- Serve drinks and prepared food that is available at the bar
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Keep the bar area clean
- Keep plates and cups clean
- Check if coffee machines are working properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
**What are we looking for?**

- Previous experience as a barista or waiter/waitress
- Hands-on experience with coffee machines
- Basic math skills
- Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
