You'll mix creative cocktails, serve beverages, and contribute to the lively atmosphere while ensuring outstanding customer service.**Responsibilities**:- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and timely manner.- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature drinks.- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.- Engage with customers to enhance their experience, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.- Monitor inventory and assist with reordering bar stock as needed.- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure compliance.- Work collaboratively with the Splinters team to support special promotions and events.**Qualifications**:- **Experience**: Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry preferred but far from required.
