Within the Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) Board area, the mission of the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Delivery organization is to run and operate SAP's private cloud offering. The Enhanced Operation Service is part of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery organization, focusing on leading and optimizing strategic customers' end-to-end delivery and operation model.
What you`ll do As an Enhanced Operations Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring day-to-day quality service delivery and achieving various ambitious service KPIs and SLAs.Providing expert support for Linux OS/Windows and Infra customer issues.Participating in major incident handling and troubleshooting service request failures.Responding quickly during escalations and driving initiatives to improve operation and stability.Conducting root cause analysis for service request failures/outages and performance issues.Coordinating work between various teams and collaborating with other units.Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.Streamlining standard operating procedures by focusing on automation enhancements.Providing proactive operation services and timely alert reduction programs.What you'll bring Strong experience in cloud platform administration based on Linux operating systems in Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.Practical experience with OS operation, upgrades, and security patching.Networking experience with TCP/IP, IP routing, NAT, firewalls.Experience with network services like DNS and LDAP.Good understanding of IT security and OS hardening.Experience in script programming and server automation tools.Experience with server operations in large environments and public clouds.Experience in problem management and root cause analysis methodologies.Education and Qualifications: 8+ years of related professional experience.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technologies Management.Cloud knowledge (e.g., experience in Public Cloud Domains).Expert Linux Administrator with experience in at least one public cloud administration.Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking.Very good communication and networking skills.Very good English language skills.Flexibility to work on weekends or off-hours as needed.Please submit your Resume/CV in English Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently.
