The Batch management function will reinforce Itineris UK Support Team in which he/she will be responsible for supporting highly interactive, innovative applications for our standard UMAX solution, using the latest Microsoft technologies.

What you'll be working on You will be part of the Service Delivery Team. This team provides batch management, 2nd & 3rd line functional and technical support to our customers after their go live. The Team is responsible for Application Management, Support and Maintenance, and for the overall satisfaction of end users about the UMAX functionalities. This team, monitors the high availability of the functionalities, makes sure there are no disruptions in use, and guarantees high reachability for user help requests (incidents & bugs) and short lead times for functionality enhancements. The Team consists of Technical & Functional Support Consultants and Developers.
UMAX is the brand name of our software solution for water and energy utilities. It automates their business processes and enables them to better engage with their customers. UMAX is a cloud-based solution, built on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
What you'll doProvide 24x7 Batch monitoring in Microsoft D365 F&O.Provide Operations batch handling support.Support test batch execution when required.Resolve batch issues and support QA/production batches in case of errors.Understand functionalities, impact of batch issues to the SLA.Monitor the automated (Failure / Warning / Success) messages generated by the batch tasks and take necessary actions as per the guidelines.Create incidents in case the issue is not resolved and work with functional & technical team to get it resolved within the SLA.Escalate the issue appropriately in case it does not get resolved within SLA.
