Quality Systems & Digitalization Manager Your tasks and Responsibilities: Manage the Quality System: QMR, Critical GMP systems (OOS, Deviations, Change Control, Complaints), Annual product review, Recall & Mock Recall.Develop the automatic system to obtain a database for analysis and decisions (Data ROBOTs).Manage human resources (software developers, database architects, data analysts, and data scientists), technology, and systems according to Global Data Integrity and Smart Factory PH & CH policies and directives.Control & monitor various Smart Factory & Lean Lab performance measurement systems and seek ways to improve and recommend necessary actions and investments.Develop the Data Analytics strategy to implement on-site, directing digitalization efforts to expand and optimize our data and data pipeline architecture.Create and update policies and procedures for all Samarth factory concepts on-site.Ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects.Support and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, systems, and products to organize all data required for a Smart Factory concept.Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/nonfunctional business requirements.Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.Create the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and cloud 'big data' technologies.Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.Who you are: 5+ years of experience in the application of advanced analytical and statistical methods to the pharmaceutical industry.Deep understanding of GxP Compliance requirements.Knowledge of digital technologies, such as databases, data structures, Big Data, etc.Knowledge of IT framework (HW, SW, data connection interfaces, Operating Systems, and Cybersecurity).Advanced knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), and familiarity with various databases.Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Experience in design of experiments (DoE): data preparation, assessment of data quality, new variable creation, variable selection, etc.University degree (Master's degree desirable) in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or equivalent.Fluent in English (written and spoken) and coach-oriented.
