This includes working alongside the clientele to set up a framework for a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre (SSC).
Additionally, this role demands working knowledge around Performance Improvement initiatives and identifying potential opportunities for performance improvements and driving them.
This includes a techno-functional role conducting finance processes assessments, deep diving and analyzing pain areas and coming up with solutions.
