You will work in what you are passionate about within a talented community, in a safe space where you can be your best self and where growth means constant learning.The RoleThe BCP Lead is responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the business continuation, disaster recovery and incident management plans across all Clip and its subsidiaries and products in compliance with local regulations and requirements.What will I be doing?Develop and document BCP, DRP and incident management policies and processes, meeting regulation requirementsCoordinate the implementation of the BCP, DRP and incident management plans and practicesSchedule and run multiple tests scenarios on BCP and DRPCoordinate trigger, execution of BCP & DRP upon an eventActively participate in internal and third-party audits around BCP, DRP and Incident ManagementReport incidents to the corresponding authoritiesIdeal CandidateGraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science3+ years in a similar roleIn-depth understanding of Banxico, CNBV regulations on Business ContinuationExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to coordinate multi-disciplinary and complex groups (especially around technology)In-depth understanding of Mexico's regulation around BCP coming from CNBV, Banxico among other partiesGood understanding of ISO modelsClip was born with the genuine idea of financial inclusion and this has been our way of living ever since.In Clip, we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
