BD & Channel Sales
|| Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Strategy & Development
- Develop, supervise, and implement a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on increasing sales and securing new clients.
- Proactively seek and establish new channel partnerships, analyzing potential clients and creating tailored marketing plans.
- Maintain an up-to-date analysis of competitors and industry trends, assessing their influence on the local market.
2. Client Attraction & Relationship Management
- Lead efforts to attract new clients, including competitor conversions and targeted client engagement.
- Execute monthly client visit plans, focusing on client retention and fostering long-term relationships.
- Establish and maintain a regular cadence of client communication to ensure satisfaction, offer cross-selling opportunities, and deliver accurate updates on promotions.
3. Sales Strategy Execution
- Implement strategic sales plans to boost client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize FODA (SWOT) analysis to tailor product, solution, and service offerings based on specific client needs.
- Prepare project quotations, negotiate terms, and manage project execution from planning to completion.
4. Market Positioning & Brand Promotion
- Expand market coverage by consistently adapting to industry trends and engaging with various integrators to promote solutions.
- Manage brand presence at key events, collaborating with marketing to communicate product offerings effectively.
- Drive brand awareness initiatives within distribution channels and maintain close collaboration with the marketing team to collect valuable market feedback.
5. Technical & Post-Sales Support
- Detect client technical needs, recommend appropriate products, and provide technical training to channel customers.
- Act as a technical liaison for post-sales support, ensuring a smooth and effective experience that builds client loyalty.
- Manage CRM systems to track client interactions, monitor project progress, and identify areas for improvement.
|| Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, business development, or channel management within the security technology.
- Solid market knowledge: CCTV, Alarms, Intrusion Systems, Access Controls.
- Communication: Strong negotiation, organizational, and multitasking skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and ERP software; experience in client database management.
Mobility: Availability for short business trips as required.
