(Customer Contact Center)Reporting and monitoring of customer service KPIs in the context of sales activities.Collaboration with other areas involved in CCC use cases to track performance, (Vans, marketing, sales, etc.)Intermediary for communication between BDC agents and Mercedes-Benz México - dealers - agents.Reports on the results of the KPI's established by the manager.Operational tracking of follow up time between agents BDC and Agents (Dealers)Profile:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or IT.
