- Forms strong and mutually beneficial relationships with influential staff members including bar & restaurant owners, food and drink program managers, bartenders, and waitstaff.
- Translate the brand's vision and core values to on-premise execution.
- Drive awareness of Beam Suntory brands in assigned accounts by securing menu placements, drink features, well opportunities, share of space on the back bar, and world-class execution.Customer / Category Growth Opportunities & Joint Business Planning
- Instigate on-premise opportunities that allow sustainable and fast listing and distribution growth for our portfolio based on overall channel strategy.
- Develop plans that help the accounts to deplete at faster than market rate the SGS brands.
- Develop plans that incentivize key stakeholders of the on-premise channel.
- Implement attractive and innovative promotional plans in accordance with the brand's strategies.
- Develop a meaningful image as a "game maker" in the marketplace, organically building events, opportunities, and partnerships with local groups to drive brand relevance.Outlet Standards & Channel/ Customer Activation Calendar
- Conduct regular visits to assigned accounts and identify opportunities to support growth of the account through the development of key branded programs and initiatives.
- Understand the competitive landscape and work to gain a competitive advantage through creative programming, menu placements, promotions, and events.
- Ensure implementation of brand promotions that accelerate trials and sales.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations
