Job Description
Bellperson/Doorperson To be responsible for welcoming all guests to the hotel as well as bidding them farewell. The Bellperson is escorting guests to and from their accommodations, orienting them with the features of the property and their accommodations, assisting the guest in any way to make them feel more comfortable.

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceResponsible for the warm arrival of our guests at the front doorPromptly offer luggage assistanceAnswer guest queries in an informative and helpful wayAssist concierge deskFlexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekendsServes as an ambassador of the hotelEngages with guest and visitorsResponsible for luggage handling in a courteous and efficient mannerHave full knowledge of the hotel's emergency proceduresFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedPhysical aspects of the position include but are not limited to: Exert physical effort in transporting Guest items (i.e. boxes, luggage & miscellaneous items) (50-150 pounds/occasionally more) throughout the hotel.Ensure various physical movements throughout the work areasReach 1-2 feetRemain in stationary position for 1 hour throughout work shift.Constant walking, and occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsFrequent lifting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting Qualifications
Your experience and skills include: Previous customer service experience preferredCustomer Service experience, preferably as a Bellperson, Doorperson or in hospitality environmentExcellent communication skillsMust possess a professional presentationStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesService focused personality and passion for hospitalityAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Additional Information
