Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Benefits Analyst will support the end to end delivery of benefit programs for the Americas region. This position will liaise with service providers to ensure the administration of benefits in accordance with SLA's and applicable plan rules, policies and government regulations. It will assist to resolve matters escalated to Garrett by benefit vendors. This role will partner with HR functions, C&B COE, Payroll and Legal to ensure administrative processes are aligned to policies as required. It will manage the associated change implementations.
