Benefits Analyst

MISSION:
Provide high quality value services to our employees by analyzing, administrating and optimizing their benefits packages. Is responsible for collaboratively ensuring the continued quality of benefits service delivery rendered to Michelin plan participants by our vendor partners.
This person shall have a depth knowledge of the Benefits Policies and plans and be able to manage escalated issues in a timely manner.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Administrate the employee coupons (vales de empleados) process making sure all steps are completed correctly beginning to end, and that employees receives their benefits in a timely fashion manner.
2. Administrate the employee savings program making sure all steps and phases are completed according to the year calendar of activities related to this plan.
3. Collaborate closely with the payroll team sharing the necessary information related to employees benefits according to the payroll calendar.
4. Ensure the continuity of service by solving payment issues, work with purchasing, purchase to pay and treasury.
5. Support employees with their questions or issues about the Benefits coupons and Savings accounts and escalate accordingly any potential problem with the Benefits Vendors.
6. Follow up the process for contracts renewals as needed.
7. Participate in the integration of new affiliates to the services.
8. Keep close contact with SP to receive updates in regards Benefits Policies and adapt own process accordingly.
9. Develop work strategies to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and Business as Usual.
10. Develop Polyvalence and back up individual absences.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.- 1 year of experience- Full English performance
