The Benefits & Compensation Specialist will assist the Human Resources department with administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.**Duties/Responsibilities**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or Engineering (Any option).- 2 years of experience in the Human Resources area.- In interpretation and analysis of Salary Surveys (Preferably).- Preparation and updating of Salary Structures. (preferably).- Bilingual English - Spanish.- Analytical capacity.- Numerical ability.- Excellent communication skills.- Management of computer programs.- Provide confidential salary information internally to management and externally for survey purposes.- Assign salaries for new hires based on the Compensation Policy and available market information.HRF001 Rev E**Required Skills/Abilities**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.**Education and Experience**:- A minimum of two years of human resource management experience preferred.Ability to commute/relocate:- Ciudad Juárez, Chih.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
