Benefits & Compensation Specialist

The Benefits & Compensation Specialist will assist the Human Resources department with administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or Engineering (Any option).
- 2 years of experience in the Human Resources area.
- In interpretation and analysis of Salary Surveys (Preferably).
- Preparation and updating of Salary Structures.
(preferably).
- Bilingual English - Spanish.
- Analytical capacity.
- Numerical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Management of computer programs.
- Provide confidential salary information internally to management and externally for survey purposes.
- Assign salaries for new hires based on the Compensation Policy and available market information.
