Coordinate and schedule meetings, track milestones, and deliverables.Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, including executives and project teams.
Facilitate communication among team members and ensure smooth information flow.Leadership and Teamwork: Lead and motivate the PMO team.
Foster collaboration and teamwork among project members.Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changes in projects and priorities.
Identify improvement opportunities and adjust processes as needed.Project Tracking Experience: Preferably have experience in tracking and controlling project activities.
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues.Intermediate English Level: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.Intermediate Excel Skills: Use Excel for reporting, analysis, and managing project-related data.PowerPoint Presentation Development: Create effective presentations to communicate updates, reports, and strategies.Working Under Pressure: Handle high-pressure situations and meet established deadlines.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:2 - 4 years of experience as a PMO in Manufacturing IndustryGood presentation skills before groups/clients.Intermediate knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.
)Intermediate English level (reading and writing) with intermediate conversation skills.Medical Industry experience.
