This facility will offer 1,200 local new jobs and will be the first health manufacturing facility in Querétaro (pioneers for healthcare Hub).

**Primary Job Function.**
Serve as the primary partner to the business, developing HR programs, needs assessments, employee relations management resulting HR solutions.
Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all HR programs and services.
Responsible for HR results in the business, including customer satisfaction, HR effectiveness and associated financial results.
Establishes, builds and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners from all practice areas to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs; includes relationship management, leadership, HR/ER roles/responsibilities and service delivery commitments.
Be the ambassador of the HR organization to represent the services and resources available to the business.
**Core Job Responsibilities.**
- Implement and execute HR plans to meet organizational needs of the businesses.
- Develop proposals, recommendations to resolve day to day and important issues affecting the businesses.
- Prioritize critical projects based on business need and resources.
- Secure organizational commitment to fund and implement projects.
- Facilitate and implement change.
- Execute day to day activities and ensure these are moving forward.
- Resolves routine HR/ER issues.
- Influence others on recommendations and solutions
- Educate management on Talent Management processes, skills/tools to gain business advantage and reinforce development as well as performance expectations.
- Work closely with customer to jointly design solutions, balancing business, employee and legal needs.
Relationship/Stakeholder Management. Execute and coordinate delivery of HR services across the businesses. Manage business needs of multiple leadership teams.
Project Management. Plan, organize and execute to achieve project milestones and final deliverables. Participate on teams and/or lead short term or singularly focused HR related projects
Know the business. Significant knowledge of critical success factors and challenges for the various businesses.
Risk Assessment. Understand and utilize historical and broad organization data when weighing business HR decisions and actions.
**Anticipate and understand** options available and potential impact of those options across the respective businesses.
Have credibility with management to maximize successful outcomes.
Ability to execute while balancing risk with business objectives.
Maintain compliance with local and country laws
Liaison with Business Supvs/Mgrs/Directors, Legal, OEC, Finance and Security relating to all BHR/ER matters in the supported areas.

**Experience.**
- 3 years of experience as RH Specialist/Generalist in multinational companies, preferably Health Care Industry.
- Preferable experience working in matrix environment organizations.
- Experience in handling labor relations.
**Education.**:
- BA Degree, Psychology, Legal, Administration or similar.
**Languages.**:
- Mandatory English. Full command
