Eventually will work with LATAM specific teamsResponsibilitiesThe main duties are:- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources, analyze it, and identify trends and patterns.- Reporting and Visualization: Create reports and dashboards using Symrise systems (SAP, EIS, etc) to present data in an easily understandable format.- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.- Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.- Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the data used for analysis.Overall, a BI Analyst helps businesses leverage data to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance strategic decision-making.Requisitions Bachelor in Administration / Economics / Mathematic or similarExcelent skills with microsoft office and database managementStrong data interpretation and problem solving skilssExcellent communication (verbal and written), detail oriented, ability to work on multi tasks / deadlines and work well as a team with cross departmentsExperience: previous Analytics position or FP&A functions
