In this position you will also promote the company and its products.**We'll look to you for**:- Ensure compliance with applicable Alstom rules & instructions- Work closely with the Tender Leader and the full tender team, including Sub-System bid managers:- Determine the complexity of the tender based on reliable information using a criticality matrix- Build the schedule to prepare the offer in liaison with the Tender Leader- Prepare and issue the Instructions for Quotations (IFQ)- Support the Tender Leader in defining the bid commercial strategy- Support the Tender Leader with Partners- Support the Tender Leader in performing Win No Go, Tender Review Meeting (TRM), Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM), Win Loss Analysis (WLA), and consolidation of inputs from Support functions- Support or act in lieu of the Tender Leader for Customer interaction during the tender phase (Q&A collection, administrative documentation, etc.)- Support the Tender Leader in performing the Detailed Requirement Capture (Commercial part)**Requirements**:- Master's or bachelor's degree- Project/Bid Management background, especially in costing, planning & risk management- Excellent communications skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.**Competencies we are looking for**:- Basic knowledge of offered products and systems- Sufficient knowledge of financial, contractual, and legal aspects to interface with internal relevant parties and assess impacts on costing- High capability to manage efficient teamwork to produce tender deliverables within a limited time period and under stressful conditions- Strong communication and reporting capabilities- Sense of anticipation- Negotiation skills; Customer-orientedAlstomis a global company where our people vision and values embrace Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).
