You'll collaborate with the Engagement Manager to develop compelling proposals, manage schedules, budgets, and address risks.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Analysis & Proposal DevelopmentAnalyze deals to understand customer needs, business goals, and financial impact for Deal Qualification Review.Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to evaluate deal terms, structure, and risks.Build business cases (TCO) and develop client-tailored proposals that highlight our unique value.Create clear, concise, and persuasive content aligned with brand and quality standards.Guide sales teams on deal structures, pricing, and contracts for negotiation support.Proposal Project ManagementOversee end-to-end proposal development, managing deliverables, schedules, budgets, and risks.Engage stakeholders for inputs, review drafts, and secure necessary approvals.Participate in all gate reviews, including Deal Qualification, Technical Certification, and Contract Review.Stay updated on industry best practices and proposal trends.Gather feedback to enhance proposal quality and streamline processes.Develop and refine proposal templates and tools.QualificationsBachelor's in business, project management, or related field; MBA is a plus.3+ years in proposal writing or business development, preferably in IT services.Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.Ability to simplify technical details into compelling content.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with proposal management tools and PMP certification preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
