Bilingual Accountant

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Bilingual Accountant to join our team (English & Spanish).
This individual will be responsible for carrying out accounting tasks, bookkeeping, and other general administrative tasks.
Good communication skills and proactivity are a must.
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general accounting duties, including recording transactions, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior management
- Knowledge of general accounting software such as Contpaq.
Quickbooks or similar
- Familiarity with the use of Google Drive documents and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Provide financial and accounting advice to other departments as needed.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience as an accountant.
- Strong proficiency in English.
Must be able to communicate verbally and must have good writing/reading skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Professional University Title in Accounting Major.
