International Logistics Company Seeking _**Bilingual Accounting Assistant**_
**Location**: CDMX (near to Angel de la Independencia monument)
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Certified Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Intermediate conversational English is ESSENTIAL (daily conversations and interview in English).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- ERP systems management
- Tax calculation and filing (ISR, VAT, state and federal taxes)
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Online banking experience
- Bank reconciliations
- Shipping and warehousing experience - preferred
- E-commerce experience - preferred
- Knowledge of Mexican tax and financial regulations - preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of technology, accounting and electronic banking software

**KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily entry of AP and AR transactions into two different ERP's
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain clear communication with Operations regarding issues with vendors and customers
- Report and request payment of accounts receivable from customers
- Ensure that all company operations and transactions comply with Mexican tax and financial regulations.
- Only use online banking to settle outstanding debts with vendors.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the company's financial information.
- Assist with any other accounting related tasks as requested by the Accounting Supervisor or Financial Controller.
