American company is looking for an Administrative Assistant for remote work (home office), to work directly with management and speaking with American clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or Technical Career required.
- Currently live in Merida, Yucatan.
- 100% English both written and spoken.
- Able to work remotely (home office) providing your own equipment (PC, phone, high speed internet conexión, printer).
- Have availability to work 10 hours per week during business hours, Monday to Friday with a set schedule (schedule is flexible).
Your availability is very important.
- Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Able to quickly adapt and learn the use of computer software.
- Experience in Administrative duties and bookkeeping.
- Experience in customer relations.
- Visa not required.
**Some of your duties will include**:
- Filling out company invoices with QuickBooks (training will be provided).
- Paper filling of employee work hours and sending the data to payroll company.
- Client calls.
- General assistance to company owner and General Manager.
**What we offer**:
- Pay of $10 American dollars per hour (payment in USD via wire transfer).
- Flexible 10 hour per week work schedule.
Pay is every week.
- Possibility of increase in work hours and pay depending on future projects and your own adaptabilidad to the job.
