Overview:Capture orders from Associates/Distributors and guide them to get the best results from Herbalife products and services.**Main Responsibilities**:- Capture and track orders from Associates/Distributors and Customers via telephone, showing empathy and good service.- Guide Associates and Distributors according to new FTC regulations- Document any adverse events reported by an Associate/Distributor or Customer and continue the corresponding process so that they receive follow-up by GMPSS.- Provide information on promotions, events, new products to Associates and Distributors- Guide Associates/Distributors to obtain the best results from the company's products and services.- Reactivate accounts of Associates and Distributors who request it by telephone.Job Qualifications:**Requirements**:- High School Diploma- 1-year experience in customer service.- Advanced English (Written and spoken)- Basic knowledge level in Microsoft office, Outlook, Internet.**Abilities and skills**:- Ability to solve problems and perform activities delegated to you by the supervisor.- Results-oriented.- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
