**Job Title**: Call Center Agent (Healthcare)**Location**: Remote (Mexico-based)**Salary**: Monthly payment, net, based on experience**Language Requirement**: Fluent or Native English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus)**Position Summary**:We are seeking dedicated **Call Center Agents** to join our healthcare-focused team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing high-quality customer service. This role requires a professional and empathetic approach to assist patients effectively and maintain positive relationships.**Key Responsibilities**:- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls to schedule appointments and provide appointment reminders according to established protocols.- Communicate and coordinate with clinical personnel to optimize patient care and scheduling efficiency.- Assist patients in selecting providers or appointment times and document all call information accurately in the system.- Verify primary care status and insurance eligibility, and communicate payment expectations when necessary.- Deliver positive, professional interactions with patients, ensuring high customer service standards.- Follow call center policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards (e.G., PHI, SPI, HIPAA).- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.- Participate in mandatory training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.**Requirements**:- **Experience**: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, including knowledge of medical terminology, patient data confidentiality (PHI/SPI), and HIPAA compliance, is highly desirable.- **Skills**:- Strong customer service, active listening, and phone handling skills.- Excellent communication abilities with a professional and empathetic tone.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable with computer systems and call center tools.- **Language**: Fluency in English (Native or Advanced); bilingual in Spanish isa plus.- **Work Environment**: A private, quiet workspace with reliable internet and utility services is required.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Healthcare background: 2 años (Obligatorio)- knowledge of medical terminology: 2 años (Obligatorio)- using PHI/SPI/HIPAA: 1 año (Obligatorio)- professional office or health care environment: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
