We are ACTIVELY hiring multiple people for this position for a rapidly growing cutting-edge law firm.

Responsibilities: Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to become familiar with their cases.Conducting basic research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit.Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm.Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates.Onboarding new clients by filling out intake forms and harvesting data.Entering client information into different platforms.Performing administrative support tasks as assigned.Receiving inbound calls for potential new clients.Making/taking outbound/inbound calls to warm leads (150 a day) who have already looked for debt relief, SSD, or immigration assistance.Building relationships with potential new clients, following the 11-step structure of a call to ensure they show up for their first consultation.Setting up appointments with the attorneys.Rescheduling and canceling appointments when needed and filing the outcome forms.Connecting the consultations through Zoom with the attorneys.Requirements and Skills: Customer service skills to make prospective clients feel welcome.High-level listening skills to gain a thorough understanding of claims.Demonstrated interviewing skills to know which questions to ask to gather more information.Strong written and oral communication skills to explain next steps and compose client profiles for attorneys.Basic understanding of various legal specialties to evaluate the suitability of the firm and recommend other firms as needed.Organizational skills to keep track of prospective clients' contact and case information.Multitasking ability to move quickly from one inquiry to another.Knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, email, and database software.High School Diploma.Computer skills.
