Helpware is a better kind of outsourcing, one centered around People.**What is this role about?**:As an **Appointment Setter**, you will serve as the first point of contact to customers and must be focused on providing an excellent customer experience at all times. In addition, this person must have the confidence to make quick and accurate decisions, use independent judgment on unfamiliar customer needs, foster great customer relationships and have the ability to determine when inquiries should be escalated.**What awaits you in this role**:- Answer inbound customer referral phone calls, and schedule as many appointments as possible from referring doctors and admins- Schedule appointments with the Client's local office that is most convenient to the patient- Utilize internal program for scheduling appointments- Utilize client's text messaging meeting reminder tools to limit the number of "no-show" appointments- Manage all rescheduling for client's offices- Must have strong communication and organization skills.
