.**Ubicación**: San Luis de la Paz, Gto.**Oportunidad****BASIC FUNCTION**:Under the direct supervision of the Director Vitreous Operations-Mexico, this position performs various administrative task to assist the Director Vitreous Operations-Mexico, is also responsible for managing the the Director Vitreous Operations-Mexico's agenda, assist associates to make travel arrangements, organizing internal events and cooperating in organizing external events where the participation and representation of the Director Vitreous Operations-Mexicoand/or Kohler associates is involved.**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Responsible for managing the plant manager's agenda.- Assisting the Director Vitreous Operations-Mexico in the gathering of information for corporate reporting.- Manage information internally and externally in an orderly, professional and confidential manner.- Serve as a link between the Director Vitreous Operations-Mexico and his staff in order to improve communication between all parties.- Organize and set up meetings, including securing conference rooms, necessary equipment, and meal and dinner reservations as necessary.- Help create budgets and track expenditures.- Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.- Plan and implement the annual calendar of activities including fundraising initiatives, special events and the official administrative acts.- Make all travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations and transportation, request funds as required.- Helping corporate and customer visitors on matters related to transportation, accommodations and general travel information when coming to and while staying in Monterrey.- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.- Handle daily incoming and outgoing correspondence of Director Vitreous Operations-Mexico. Contact shipping services as Fedex/UPS asnecessary.- Prepare documents from verbal and written notes. Documents will include letters, memoranda, agendas or Powerpoint presentations. Distribute documents as necessary. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.- Office management/office supplies and equipment.
