Present in 75 countries, our 21,100 employees speak 70 languages, handle over 71 million cases each year, and are motivated to go the extra mile to offer peace of mind to our customers around the world.We're looking for our new members!**Bilingual Call Center Agents / Bilingual Contact Center agent / Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Agentes Telefónicos Bilingües / Atención a clientes****Roles**:- Answer inbound and outbond calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.- Handle the back office workload of the operation.- Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.- Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.- Active participation in team meetings.**Requirements**:- High School Completed (GED)- Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.- Customer service- Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level).- Minimum experience of 6 months in Back Office / Customer Service / Call Center / Contact Center / or related.Only location accepted: CDMX.**Job Offer**:- Direct hiring- Roled & fixed schedules: AM & PM- Weekends off.- Base salary: from $11,800 MXN to $13,000 MXN + $2,000 in bonus, Law Benefits- $1,400 in food coupons- Opportunity to grow though our Career Plan.
