Auto Loan Collections/Customer Service / Loan Servicing Specialist

lookout for the best and brightest to add to our ever-expanding team. As a loan servicing specialist, you will be
responsible for collecting past due invoices on behalf of ANFS. You will monitor accounts, track payments, and
provide customer services and support. As part of the team you will be responsible for providing an excellent
level of customer service, and building a successful relationship with all Auto Now Financial customers to
ensure they are successful with their loan. All employees are expected to be team players providing quality
service to both internal and external customers and ensure the best possible delinquency percentages are
maintained. The main focus of this position is assist management staff with training and development of
account managers along with working assigned queue of accounts
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming and outbound collection calls
- Monitor accounts, identify payment trends, and communicate any issues to appropriate parties
- Contact or attempt contact with customers at all stages of delinquency in assigned queue o f accounts
on a daily basis.
- Track payment status on client invoices to ensure timely payments
- Advise Customer of necessary action and strategies for debt repayment
- Organize and record information about financial status of clients and collection efforts
- Consult with customers to determine payment status and reasons for overdue payments
- Provide customer support and handle any issues that may arise
- Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts
- Communicate with the team about the activity of daily operations
- Set up "Promises to Pay" (PTP), debit card/credit card, or money orders as requested by the customer.
- Accurately update customer accounts with all customer interactions both in person and via phone.
- Make 80 or more manual outbound calls per day.
- Help provide solutions to customers who attempt to voluntarily surrender their vehicle and maintain
their regular payment arrangements.
- Maintain positive working relationships with the Account Manager team and other department
employees
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of collections, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills - attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to work in fast-paced, professional environment
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm/9 am to 6 pm
- Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm
- 4,500 Pesos a week + Bonus eligibility after 30 days.
Work setting:
- Call center
- Must have own equipment (laptop/PC/headset)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- DEBT COLLECTION: 1 year (preferred)
- Work Location: Remote for 3 months. In office position required after the first 3 months. We will be
opening an office in Hermosillo, Sonora.
Pay: $4,500.00 per week
