What you'll bring: Available to be selected now and schedule your START DATE for January 2025.Advanced Conversational English to converse seamlessly with U.S. customers.Personal Computer experience with Microsoft Windows and Office.Previous experience in customer care, billing, collections, or similar roles is highly desired.Ability to train/work 40 hours per week during operation hours from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Friday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays) - WEEKENDS OFF.Ability to work in the office 100% of the time.Changing the speed of business comes with many rewards – starting with your paycheck: Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,225 (before Taxes)
Monthly Grocery vouchers: MXN $1,519 every 14 days

Full payment and benefits start from your first day of training. You will be required to attend 100% of your training at the office (between 1-3 months). During your 90-day trial period, you will not be authorized to request vacation or personal days off.
Is it a remote job? This is not a remote position. You will be required to work in our offices starting on your first day of training, and you will need to confirm your availability to work on-site during the interview process. We do not currently offer remote or hybrid job opportunities.
