Bilingual Collections Specialist (Ft)

Bilingual telephone collections person needed for rapidly growing cutting-edge law firm.IMPORTANT: This is **NOT** a remote job opportunity. You will be required to work from the Guadalajara office, in Mexico.We are seeking a telephone collections person who is self-motivated, can communicate effortlessly with clients, and bring them back onto a payment plan via an automated system. Also, must be able to think outside the box to get tasks completed. This person should have a foundation in telephone work and should be excellent at what they do.If you decide to work with us, you should know you will be Challenged and Pushed!**Responsibilities**:- Handle Inbound calls from clients.- Make Outbound Calls to clients regarding payments and outstanding documents.**Your score will be determined by**:- The number of calls you make.- Collection resolutions.- Your ability to obtain documents from clients.- Your survey results from Clients.- Self-reporting daily on the above-listed milestones.**Key Competencies**:- Listen and relate to clients.- Type while on the phone.- Know how to operate basic computer functions.- Treat clients as if they are the most important person on earth!- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Team player.- Self-motivated and must take initiative.- Timeliness is vital.Benefits include very competitive compensation ($18,000 - $22,000), bonus pay, legal benefits, and a great workspace!
