Role & Responsibilities:

- Subject Matter Expert on multiple company specific, client specific and soft skill training topics
- Subject Matter Expert on our LMS platform as well as other training, coaching & performance management tools
- Thoroughly document all training completion, lesson plans and training schedules including updates and version control
- Create engaging training initiatives and roll out plans for different clients, lines of business and personnel in the company
- Provide training feedback and insights to new employees during on-boarding as well as to Contact Point 360's leadership, operations & HR teams
- Provide recommendations and create content on training trends and opportunities
- Liaise with Operations, Quality Assurance and Human Resources to discuss SWOT analysis related to training
- Assist other trainers as needed and complete other duties as assigned
- Has broad training experience including in-class and remote training
- Has a winning attitude, energy and mindset that is contagious to those they interact with
- Thrives on being challenged, working well under pressure, and taking a solution-oriented approach always
- Has a critical eye for detail when it comes to industry best practices, processes and version control methods for all learning and development initiatives
- Makes it their mission to be proactive, self-start and show self-initiative in all responsibilities and tasks
- Has incredibly strong computer and typing skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Teamwork, etc.

Qualifications:

- Completion of high school education and some training certifications are considered an asset
- Minimum of 3 years progressive work experience in the BPO industry in a similar capacity
- Experience with the full training lifecycle including analysis design, delivery and evaluation
- Availability to work evenings or weekends as required to meet and exceed company & client expectations
