Eddy Pump is a fast-growing international engineering and manufacturing company with offices in San Diego and Tijuana. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join Eddy Pump. As a Bilingual CSR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and building strong relationships with our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, order processing, and resolving issues related to products or services in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers in both languages (English and Spanish, etc.) to ensure accurate understanding and build rapport.
- Provide product information, technical specifications, and pricing details to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer-related concerns.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and update customers on the status of their orders, maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, investigate the root cause, and propose appropriate solutions to meet customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and gather feedback to improve overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, manufacturing processes, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and effectively address customer needs and concerns.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions for customers while considering manufacturing constraints.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer service software, order management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to work occasionally for the first few months at the San Diego Office.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
