Together, we enhance interactions, build strong connections, and constantly innovate to deliver exceptional people and customer experiences, putting the human experience first.Our Purpose:Is to create the best human experience, ensuring the highest client satisfaction, and transforming clients' customers into loyal advocates for life.Check out our YouTube video:**Responsibilities**:- Assisting with customer questions.- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.- Making sales or recommendations for services that may better suit customers' needs.- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.**Position Requirements**:- 6 months-1 year of BPO customer service experience (preferred)- Previous Sales Experience (Call Center and or B2B a plus)- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.- Education level- High School Diploma or equivalent (min.)- Ability to use a desktop/Laptop and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.- Build relationships with customers and engage them by going the extra mile**What we offer**:- Great base salary plus bonuses up to $21,000 per month- ** Law Benefits**:- ** Life Insurance**:- ** Pantry Vouchers****Maple Leaf to Monterrey: Join Our Canadian-Inspired Team!
