As a Bilingual CSR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and building strong relationships with our clients.This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a manufacturing environment.**Responsibilities**:- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, order processing, and resolving issues related to products or services in a timely and professional manner.- Communicate effectively with customers in both languages (English and Spanish, etc.) to ensure accurate understanding and build rapport.- Provide product information, technical specifications, and pricing details to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer-related concerns.- Process customer orders, track shipments, and update customers on the status of their orders, maintaining accurate records in the system.- Handle customer complaints or issues, investigate the root cause, and propose appropriate solutions to meet customer satisfaction.- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and gather feedback to improve overall customer experience.- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
