Greet, assist and/or direct office visitors.- Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages.- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, filing, layouts, and equipment procurement.- Verify receipts and packing slips against purchase orders to ensure accuracy, perform follow-up procedures, and report damages, shortages, and discrepancies.- Perform cleaning and related activities as needed.- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other work-related duties as required.Stress managementTime managementEffective verbal and listening communication skills.Excellent proficiency in modern office methods and computer skillsWarehouse operational skillsBe honest and trustworthy.RespectfulFlexibleSound work ethicsThe customer service representative will need to manage several tasks at one time and may be interrupted frequently to manage several requests and situations at one time.
