Mandatory.- Time avail through ability to shift turns, 9hr per day plus 1 hr for Lunch and 30 minutes for breaks.**- Roles & Responsibilities**:- Ensure accurate resolution of transactions and process task as per SOP.- Collect information for payments.- Communicate with customers via phone to provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product, troubleshooting and solving issues.**Salary**: $17,000.00 per month
