Bilingual Customer Service

Functions:

- Providing accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolving customer problems and complaints efficiently and courteously, seeking satisfactory solutions.
- Recording and documenting customer interactions in the customer relationship management system.
- Processing orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
- Following identity verification and security procedures when handling customer confidential information.
- Collaborating with other departments such as sales, logistics, or accounting to resolve complex customer issues.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Customer orientation and ability to empathize with customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Competency in using computer systems and office software.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation.
- 80% English proficiency (conversational - reservations order taking).
