**Job brief****Responsibilities**- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner- Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics- Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way**Requirements**:- High School completed- Advanced English- Schedule availability for training**Salary & Benefits**:- $13,200 Base salary- $3,000 Performance bonus- 2 Days off- Food coupons- Life medical insurance- Permanent placement position / Direct hire**Salary**: $13,200.00 - $17,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 64000, Monterrey, N.
