Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Call

We're looking for highly skilled customer care representatives to join our team, managing a large volume of inbound calls to assist customers regarding questions they might have.

**What you will be doing**

You will help customers by providing answers, insights, instructions, and assistance. The main tasks include but are not limited to answering questions customers might have, scheduling appointments, and updating the client database.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English level
- Customer service experience (in person or by phone)
- Call center experience
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $12,000.00 - $14,022.00 per month
