**What you will be doing**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer concerns, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system, ensuring clear communication and seamless handoffs if necessary.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and uphold quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
**Basic Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English level.
- Ability to take a full-time job and work 100% on-site at Balcones Coloniales, Querétaro.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
