We believe in making sure each team member is able to contribute to the success of the entire agency.Our service department supports our account managers by handling all of our customer inquiries and requests and ensuring that they are addressed promptly. They also schedule review calls and provide cross sales opportunities to account managers.**Customer Service Rep Responsibilities**:- Perform outgoing calls to existing clients to schedule policy reviews for account managers to generate cross sales.- Assess a variety of customer situations to ensure appropriate and comprehensive documentation of information following our guidelines under the corresponding line of business.- Provide high-quality customer service and ensure that customer's insurance needs are fully met.- Take initiative and multi-task.**What you will Bring: Must be fluent in English**- Strong ability to maintain composure and flexibility while displaying passion, integrity, commitment, and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our customers' lives.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen, empathize, build trust, establish rapport, and effectively de-escalate customer issues.- A self-starter with the ability and drive to continuously learn new skills and the flexibility to adapt to new information and technology platforms.- Strong multi-tasking skills to proactively address customers' needs and concerns.- Ability to work well in a structured work setting and adhere to a daily schedule including commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability.**Compensation & Benefits**- Pay based on experience- Customer Service Reps earn between $20,000 to $24,000 pesos per month (total compensation).- Paid vacation time**Growth**It's an exciting time to be a part of the The Vanguard Insurance Agency team as we are expecting to double our size in the next 12 months.
