We are constantly improving our operations and looking for new ways to meet our customer's needs through continuous improvement.**General Job Description**:The CSR is in charge of managing administrative tasks across different customers and accounts, working internally with teams such as PM< Sales, Account Management, and other departments to ensure customer and internal goals are achieved. Works directly and closely with customers, maintaining clear and open communication to secure meeting program goals and expectations.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Responsible for managing communication with customers in response to new orders, quote requests, expedite requirements, change order needs, OPORs, RMAs, accounting issues, and other inquiries as per customer requests.- Communicate with internal departments and management as needed to respond to customer inquiries.- Manage customer delivery programs and commitments.- Assist account manager as requested with administrative or other tasks as needed to meet customer requirements.- Ensure prompt, courteous, and concise responses at all times when dealing with external and internal communications.- Entering and maintaining accurate information in the system related to customer orders, deliveries, and quote requests (validates that all information contained in customer orders is correct).- Provides timely and accurate information as requested by Sales Management.- Maintain knowledge of and adherence to all department procedures and policies.**Education, Training, and Experience**:- 5+ years in Customer Service with excellent communication skills.- English speaking- Manufacturing experience is a plus- Epicor knowledge is a plus**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:- Excel and PowerPoint- Considerable administrative knowledge and experience- Proficient computer knowledge and skills- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and goals- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.**_Please submit your resume in English_**Pay: $21,000.00 - $25,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 45690, El Salto, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
