Customer Service Representative
Location: Av. P.º Río San Miguel 75-Planta alta, Proyecto Rio Sonora Hermosillo XXI, 83270 Hermosillo, Son.
**Salary**: $4,000 base + $1,000 bonus (weekly)
Schedule: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm (Tuesday and Wednesday off)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service while focusing on retention for three brands.
Drive sales and upsell opportunities for two designated brands.
Address customer concerns with tailored solutions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Analyze and report on retention and sales metrics, offering recommendations for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring campaign guidelines are followed.
Exceed customer expectations with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, particularly in retention and sales.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Competent with CRM systems, Windows, and typing at least 30 WPM.
Self-motivated and able to meet specific campaign metrics and goals.
Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Quick learner with the ability to retain product knowledge and adapt to changes.
Experience working with multiple brands or within a multi-brand company is a plus.
